Shipping
We are a small business and all our garments are hand made. Please allow a maximum of 7 day delivery time.
Delivery carries a flat fee of R85 for Cape Town and R100 for the rest of SA.
Free shipping on orders over R1000
Returns
If you are unhappy with the sizing of your garment we will exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability, at an additional delivery cost. Alternatively you could come to our pick up point in Claremont, Cape Town to exchange.
The items returned must be in their original condition, unworn/unused within reason, in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
We do not offer refunds.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect then we will bear the cost of return delivery and shipping of the new item.
To initiate a return please contact us at info@bloomwild.co.za within 7 days of receiving the product and we will walk you through the process.
Please note that all our items are hand made and may differ slightly from one another or from the images. Being handmade there may have slight differences in length, size and colour.
We are constantly improving our products and may improve a pattern or fabric at any time.
